For a 20 cm Diameter springform pan. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius. The baking time is approximately 35 minutes.

- 2 eggs
- 110 g sugar
- 70 g all-purpose flour
- Zest and juice of one small lemon
- 250 g ricotta
- Powdered sugar for dusting
