During quarantine, this routine has been my go-to, doing it 3 days a week. Depending on how I feel, I go for 2-3 rounds, sometimes even 4 when I'm feeling energetic! It's crucial to challenge yourself but also vital to listen to your body and understand your limits. 💪🌿

Russian Twists - 1 Min (Rest 15 Secs)
Leg Raise - 30 Secs (Rest 15 Secs)
Superwoman’s - 30 Secs
