The Board heard from many people of all backgrounds who spoke in support of School Board Member, Marc Cooper, who is being considered for censure for Mr. Cooper's support of Parents' Rights, as supported by law. Mr. Cooper was scheduled to speak at an Informed Parents - Silicon Valley event. Mr. Cooper identified himself as a Board Member. The Board took that to mean that the Board for Franklin McKinley was for Parents' Rights. Apparently, a school in support of parents rights to raise their own children the way they see fit is now a crime.
