We spend almost one-third of our lives in the workplace. The fact is: we don't really separate or balance between work and home. Each of us needs support and understanding when we experience a loss. This episode provides insigth into how you can be the change agent for those at your company whtether you are a team member, cor-worker, or manager. I am joined by Brandon Bigelow, Liz Vindiola, and Nicole Redstone of Fusion Conflict Strategies, LLC. While we speak primarily about how to serve those who are grieving in the workplace, each of these principles and suggestions can be employed in any area of our lives
