Ingredients:

Cooking oil - 1 cup
Onion - 1
Peeled tomato - 1
Ginger/Garlic paste - 2 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Fenugreek - 100g
Peas - 100g
Carrots - 100g
Potatoes - 200g
Red chili powder - 1 & 1/2 tbs
Turmeric powder - 1 tbs
Allspice (garam masala) - 1/2 tsp
Fresh coriander for garnish
