National report released on 2015 deaths of KC firefighters John Mesh, Larry Leggio

A national organization (NIOSH) has released a 74 page report about the 2015 deaths of two KCMO firefighters detailing recommendations for the department. Larry Leggio and John Mesh were killed in the line of duty on October 12, 2015 after a massive fire and building collapse in northeastern Kansas City.
