Family of man killed in officer-involved shooting looking for answers

After a fatal officer-involved shooting Monday in Kewaunee County, the victim's family is asking how this happened to someone they said was not violent. Tyler Whitmire, 22, was killed Monday night in the Town of Franklin after deputies responded to a call of someone threatening a woman and nearby people with a knife.
