EASY CHICKEN & BACON SANDWICHES

INGREDIENTS PER SANDWICH:
2 rashers Bacon
250g cooked chicken (I used Sweet & Smokey Eastmans
2 slices of cucumber
Handful of spinach
Mayonnaise ( I would recommend light)

METHOD:
STEP 1: Grill the bacon for 10-12 minutes or Air fry the bacon for 5 minutes
STEP 2: lay the bread out and then top once bit of bread with spinach, cucumber, chicken
STEP 3: Add the bacon to the sandwich and top with mayonnaise
STEP 4: add the bread to create the sandwich, cut in half
STEP 5: ENJOY
