Malteser Protein Balls
INGREDIENTS:
50g oats (regular or gluten free)
40g chocolate whey protein
1 tbsp cocoa Powder & mixed with 60ml water
50g maltesers
15g honey/ Agave Syrup/ Golden syrup or any other syrup of your choice
2tbsp water
METHOD:
STEP 1:
Place all ingredients (except for Maltesers) into blender & blend into a thick "paste" - if mix is not sticking add a touch more water.
STEP 2:
Add Maltesers & give one short blast (roughly 5-10 seconds) in blender (so that big honeycomb chunks remain)
STEP 3:
Scoop out with a spoon & roll into balls.
STEP 5:
4. Leave in fridge to set for 30 minutes.
STEP 6:
Eat! :-)
