Today I'm going to share a few tips for the lazy procrastinators out there. If you're wondering how to stop being lazy, this video is for you.
If you think you're a procrastinator, you need to know this—you're not. You're not actually a lazy procrastinator. You're actually either tired or you're just not seeing results and you're discouraged.
Fatigue is a symptom of four things:
1. A lack of quality sleep
2. The thyroid
3. Allergies
4. Blood sugar
Tips for the procrastinator:
• Plan in advance what you're going to eat for the whole week.
• Consume at least 7 cups of vegetables a day.
• Have a protein for breakfast.
