Today we’re going to talk about weight loss. Weight loss is actually not natural for your body. But, there are natural weight loss options. This is important for those of you who are really struggling to lose weight.
Many people struggle to lose weight because losing weight goes against the basic purpose of the body. The purpose of the body is to survive. Any time this survival is threatened, like by starvation (a low-calorie diet or a low-fat diet), your body will hold on to fat even tighter because it’s needed for your brain, nerves, and cells.
What you really want to do is focus on your health. You may need to first starve the body of sugar, and second, give the body healthy fats.
