In this video, we’re going to talk about an adrenal discovery or observation I made that I think is pretty interesting.

There are many different health effects that can be created from an adrenal issue. These can be the effects of high cortisol, which is the main adrenal hormone:

• Insomnia
• Excessive thinking
• Allergies
• Acne
• Belly fat
• Blood sugar problems
• Low vitamin D levels
• Acid reflux
• Ulcers
• Osteoporosis
• Osteopenia
• Arthritis
• Alzheimer’s disease
• High blood pressure
• High cholesterol

What I find is that many people have these problems, and the problems are being treated separately with medications. It’s my opinion that these issues are the effects of long-term stress in the body. They’re stress effects, but they’re treated as diseases, and that’s why the person can’t get better.

What you may want to do is try to start to do things to improve the adrenal gland function. You can do this by improving your diet, walking and getting exercise, and acupressure or massage.
