In this video, we’re going to talk about the amazing gallbladder as well as the gallbladder and bloating. This is part 1 of a 4 part series.

The gallbladder is an organ. You need the gallbladder. It’s not what some may call an extra organ. Bile is a substance that helps you extract nutrients from your food, and it’s stored in the gallbladder. Without bile, you will be deficient in the healthy fats that you need. Fat turns into small fat particles called essential fatty acids. We also extract certain vitamins from fat. The gallbladder is very important to your health and longevity.

Symptoms of a bile deficiency:

• Bloating underneath the right rib cage
• Belching
• Constipation

Bile is triggered by a few different things. Protein triggers bile, and so do saturated fats. Vegetarians may have a problem with a bile deficiency and a vitamin A deficiency.

The two types of fat to consume that are easy to digest:

1. Butter
2. Coconut oil
