In this video, I want to analyze the typical daily foods an average person consumes and how this relates to weight loss.

Take a look at this standard diet:

Breakfast:
• 2 eggs - protein helps trigger fat burning
• Avocado - healthy fats trigger fat burning
• Toast - few nutrients and carbs stop all fat burning for this meal

Lunch:
• Salad - neutral/helps fat burning
• Fish - healthy protein and fat helps with fat burning
• Bread - few nutrients and stops all fat burning for this meal

Dinner:
• Chicken - Protein helps with fat burning
• Soup - MSG and food starch stimulates insulin and stops fat burning

Snacks:
Chocolate - contains sugar that stops fat burning
Corn chips - High carbs and MSG, GMOs, and stops fat burning

Overall, this diet doesn’t fill all of the nutrients that this person needs. Plus, the carbs stop all fat burning and weight loss. Instead, we should cut out the carbs and do a ketogenic diet.
