Dr. Berg talks about anti-aging and discusses anti-aging secrets that might make it possible to reverse the aging process. The goal is to develop a healthy eating routine and get younger as your age increases. There major causes of death are due to heart disease, chronic respiratory diseases, accidents, strokes, diabetes, etc. A better strategy to stop aging would be to work on the inside of your body (instead of using supplements to enhance your skincare). He then talks about an anti-aging diet that has nutrients and other vitamins which will be useful for anti-aging skin care.

Overall Dr. Berg explains anti-aging principles including tips for improving collagen, hair loss, healthy skin, and key anti-aging foods to decrease the risk factors of many health problems and enjoy a healthy life.
