In this short video, I’m going to show you a few great Achilles tendonitis exercises. If you have pain from heel spurs or Achilles tendonitis, this video is for you.

This method involves working on the opposite areas from what’s causing the pain. We want to work on the good side, applying gentle pressure to relax the opposite muscles and tendons.

When we do this on the opposite side, we send signals through the spinal column, and it helps relax the affected Achilles tendon.

The next step involves working on the foot that has pain, but on the opposite side of the foot. We’re going to work on the top of the foot and leg instead of the bottom, applying gentle pressure (by thumb) to relax the muscle to help get rid of the pain.

Heel spurs are basically calcium deposits because the person is low in vitamin K2. If you have heel spurs or any type of soft-tissue calcium, vitamins K2 and D3 may help dissolve the soft tissue calcium in the body.
