Today we’re going to talk about the pain after gallbladder surgery and how to help get rid of pain after gallbladder removal.

Bile is a fluid that is needed by your body to absorb fats and fat-soluble vitamins. If you don’t have a gallbladder, you’re at risk of becoming bile deficient.

Symptoms of a bile deficiency:
• Bloating
• Right shoulder pain
• Night vision issues
• Dry skin

What to do for pain after gallbladder surgery:

Your gallbladder is on the right side. Press with your hands on the opposite side from the gallbladder. You want to massage the exact opposite point. The correct spot will be very tender. Press into and massage this area for about 2 minutes once a day for at least one week. Wherever the pain is, press on the opposite side. You might also want to consider getting my Gallbladder Formula to help replace what you’re missing if you don’t have a gallbladder.
