In this video, I’m going to show you a unique acupressure technique to help get rid of sciatica or sciatic nerve pain. I believe the way most people try to treat sciatica is completely backward. 

I’m going to demonstrate an acupressure technique for sciatica that really works. For this technique, it’s best to have someone help you. But, I will also show you how to do this by yourself; it can just be a little more difficult. 

The key with this technique is to never work on the side that’s actually causing you pain. You’re going to work on the opposite side. This may seem counter-intuitive, but I’ve found it to be extremely effective for sciatica pain relief.
