Today we're going to talk about TMJ. I'm also going to share with you a unique and simple exercise to help get instant TMJ relief. The thing with TMJ is that it's usually a secondary problem. It's usually not a primary problem in the jaw—it could be referred pain.
What could be behind this referred pain?
1. The teeth are not fitting right
In this case, you may need to see your dentist and have them fix the issue.
2. The gallbladder
In this case, you may want to try my simple exercise for instant TMJ relief. If you have jaw pain on the right side, simply press on your gallbladder on the right side underneath the rib cage. Press and hold this point for about 2 minutes.
If this works, it could be an indicator that you're eating bad foods that are causing gallbladder problems. If it's on the left side, try this same exercise on the left side.
