JKD SOLO TRAINING SCOOP KICK WITH JKD SIFU MIKE GOLDBERG

Sometimes you don't have a partner to train with and that's why there are "JKD Solo Training Sessions" with jkd sifu mike goldberg in Keller, Texas. In this lesson, you will learn how to execute the JKD Scoop Kick which NOT only makes contact to the groin area with the shin, it also, uses a "scooping motion" with the instep of the foot bringing the testacles of your attacker forward.
