Today we're going to talk about what you can do if you have tinnitus. Tinnitus is typically caused by one of two things.

Potential tinnitus causes and remedies:
1. An earlier infection (viral through the inner ear) can come out later in life. There are natural antihistamines you can take.
Natural remedies:
• High-quality bioflavonoids (helps the immune system get rid of mucus)
• Garlic (one of the best things for the inner ear)
• Oregano (pearl form)

2. Soft calcium can build up in the inner ear. This can come from a vitamin K2 deficiency. The combination of vitamin K2 and vitamin D3 makes a great potential remedy to help pull the excess calcium out of the body's soft tissue.
Natural remedies:
• Vitamin K2 MK7 version (100mcg)
• Vitamin D3 (10,000 IUs)
