In this video, we’re going to share with you a delicious sugar-free raspberry jam recipe. This is a fantastic no-sugar raspberry jam recipe. It’s especially great to have on hand around the holidays, and it tastes great on keto-friendly biscuits. It’s very fresh, and the small amount of raspberries won’t be a problem if you’re on the healthy keto diet. 

Sugar-Free Raspberry Jam Recipe:

Ingredients
1 cup frozen organic raspberries, thawed
½ cup water
2 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp stevia extract
3 tbsp psyllium husk
¼ tsp vanilla extract

Directions
Mix all ingredients together briskly to ensure the psyllium does not clump.
Pour into jam jar and refrigerate for 12 hours.
