In this video, we’re going to talk about the absolute worst weight loss habit.

The worst habit for those who are trying to lose weight is eating when you’re not hungry—especially at night.

If you come home at the end of the day and you start eating even though you’re not hungry, you aren’t going to lose any weight.

If you are still hungry after your dinner, you should add more fat to your meal. Fat will help you stay satisfied for longer and promote ketosis.

Before you begin snacking, ask yourself if you’re actually hungry. If you aren’t, avoid snacking. If you are, make sure you add more fat to your meal, so you don’t feel hungry later in the day.

Every time you eat, you spike your insulin levels. To promote weight loss, you want to limit your insulin spikes. This is why keto and intermittent fasting are so important.

If you do have to snack, transition into intermittent fasting by having celery sticks. You can also find another activity to fill your time, so you’re not as tempted by snacking.
