Day 24 - Let it Go
Let it go
We are not running away from our problems, we are dragging them along with us. Let it go
Have a some paper nearby for this exercise and write down anything that comes up for you
Throughout the video, become the observer to all the thoughts and feelings. Allow the thoughts to come up whilst in the same moment bring attention to the feelings
Be honest with yourself
Being able to let go is often challenging, many people have said that it is not as simple as letting go, there is always more to every situation.
This is all mind, bring your awareness to the feelings within the body and let it go
Our knowing is that in every moment all we have is NOW.
Today we will go back and bring up the things in our life that are still providing the resistance and challenges. Ie, Stories, attachments, hate.
Be honest with the questions, let go of judgment and know that you are in full control.
