New York AG Campaigned On Using Lawfare Against Trump

Hey guys, did you hear some NY judge claims Trump defrauded banks by taking out legally obtained loans that he paid back in full with interest?

The banks didn't sue and were perfectly happy with the loans, but the New York AG, who campaigned on using lawfare against Trump, did.
