0:15 What causes restless legs syndrome?

In this video, we’re going to talk about restless legs syndrome.

There are two primary causes of restless legs syndrome:
1. Lactic acidosis: This is a build-up of lactic acid that deprives the muscle of oxygen and causes restlessness in the legs. Vitamin B1 from nutritional yeast may be beneficial in this situation.

2. An electrolyte imbalance with a potassium deficiency: You need a lot of potassium a day. You may need to consume more vegetables (which are high in potassium) or fix your stomach pH. You need a very acidic stomach. Apple cider vinegar or betaine hydrochloride can help acidify the stomach. A blood sugar issue can also cause you to become deficient in potassium. The keto diet and intermittent fasting may help with blood sugar issues. Potassium citrate powder may also be beneficial.
