Grant Me Hope: Avont -aka Kody- is a 16-year-old who’d like to become a pro DJ one day

Being outgoing and fun is part of Avont’s personality. The 16-year-old goes by “Kody” and/or “Cody,” and he really enjoys being active. “Things I do for fun -- play basketball, dance, listen to music,” he said. He likes hip-hop dancing and rap music. He’s a typical boy who enjoys the outdoors. But he has an artistic side. He likes to get creative with art projects using color and anything involving music.
