In this video, we're going to talk about what's worse than sugar.

What's worse than eating sugar alone is combining sugar with protein. This raises insulin by 200%.

So if you're trying to lose weight and get into fat burning, it is very important to avoid sugar in general. However, make sure you don't consume protein with sugar—this will put on more belly fat and shut off your fat-burning mode.

This includes:
1. Hamburger and fries
2. Hot dog and bun
3. Sweet pork
4. BBQ
5. Meat and desert
6. Meat and potato
7. Meat and a sweetened drink

Keep in mind that every time you spike your insulin level, you can't burn fat. This is why Healthy Keto and Intermittent fasting are the best tools to use for getting rid of belly fat.

Give keto a try, and let me know how it works for you.
