In this short video, I’m going to talk about why your exercise isn’t working. If you’re putting a lot of effort into exercising, but you’re not seeing results, it may be because of poor sleep. You may not be getting enough sleep, or the quality of your sleep is bad.
The benefits of exercise occur when you’re sleeping. If you’re not getting at least 7-8 hours of quality sleep every night, you’re putting your exercise benefits down the drain.
Poor sleep destroys your metabolism and your ability to recover from exercise. It can even be more important to focus on your sleep than exercise when you’re trying to lose weight.
