In this video, we’re going to talk about low testosterone—the symptoms, causes, and remedies.

Symptoms of low testosterone:
• Decreased libido
• Decreased erections
• Decreased vitality
• Weight gain
• You can’t build muscle mass

There are things you can do to raise low testosterone naturally, such as adding zinc, vitamin D, vitamin A, and resistive exercise. However, what is even more important is to avoid or lower these 3 things:

1. Insulin
2. Estrogen
3. Cortisol

Out of these 3 hormones, the most important thing to focus on is your estrogen levels. It’s common for estrogen to go up as a male gets older, and at the same time, for testosterone to go down. This typically comes from consuming commercial chicken and beef, because of the soy feed given to these animals. It’s important to get grass-fed animal products. Soy is highly estrogenic, not to mention being GMO. Adding the GMO corn feed on top of this can really affect your hormones. Other hidden sources of estrogen in the diet are soy-protein isolates and alcohol. Extra fat in the body can also convert testosterone into estrogen.

The top foods to help lower estrogen:
• Cruciferous vegetables
• Olive oil
• Celery
• Mushrooms
