Iron Man retired and went on an adventure to seek the Fruit of life

Set in England during the reign of Queen Victoria, Dorit has the special ability to talk to animals and runs an animal hospital in his hometown with his wife.
An accident takes Dorit's wife's life, and this huge blow makes Dorit close his heart and refuse to have any contact with humans. One day, a boy named Tom breaks into Dorit's house and brings an injured squirrel, hoping Dorit can save it. Meanwhile, Queen Victoria suffers from a strange disease and sends her maid Rose to visit Dorit and ask him to help.
