In this video, we’re going to talk about what’s behind arterial plaque and how to remove it.

Plaque can be made up of many different things, including amyloid (protein), calcium, cholesterol (LDL), and bacteria.

Plaque can build up in the brain, vascular system, liver, kidneys, pancreas, gums, teeth, and joints.

What really causes these issues? Doctors will often prescribe a medication that addresses high cholesterol, bacterial infections, inflammation, high calcium, high blood sugar, etc.

However, this doesn’t address the real root cause of plaque: high insulin.

When you have high insulin, it creates a leak in your vascular cells. This is similar to leaky gut. In turn, this stirs up a hornets’ nest in the immune system.

Other things that can cause this reaction are low vitamin C, junk food, and alcohol.

When this immune reaction happens, you develop artery damage. At this point, you are highly susceptible to bacteria that cause plaque. In turn, you start to experience high levels of inflammation.

To repair the damage done to your arteries, your body uses cholesterol as a bandaid. This allows other forms of plaque (especially amyloid and calcium) to build up in the affected area. This is how plaque forms in dangerous amounts.

To help avoid this situation, you have to normalize your insulin levels. Healthy Keto and intermittent fasting are the best ways to help avoid high insulin and inflammation.
