In this video, we’re talking with Michel Jourdain about his amazing success on keto and intermittent fasting.
Before Michel started on keto, he had a lot of problems keeping weight off of his midsection. Even though he played lots of sports, he found it difficult to keep his weight under control.
On top of his weight issues, he also has a family history with health problems, including diabetes and cancer.
He found my channel and discovered that his biggest issue was actually with insulin resistance.
Using the information from my videos, he was able to go from 118 kg to 92 kg. Michel was also able to get rid of bloating, increase his energy, and overall increase his health with keto and intermittent fasting.
