Reason Why You Feel So Irritable on Keto ? – Dr. Berg on Mood Swings & Ketosis
Take Dr. Berg's Advanced Evaluation Quiz: http://bit.ly/EvalQuiz
Dr. Berg talks about why you are irritable on intermittent fasting.
When you start intermittent fasting, your body is running on sugar fuel initially, and then as your body gets used to it, your body will switch over to fat burning. When you eat, you spike insulin, and when you run out of storage sugar also called glycogen, which causes fatigue, irritability, and headache. I recommend doing intermittent fasting with a ketogenic diet.
When your body is in fat-burning mode, and you introduce sugar to it, it will cause these symptoms as well. You need more potassium(7-10 cups of vegetable), nutritional yeast, and Vitamin B.
Start with 3 meals a day and then gradually do 2 or 1 meal a day.
Make sure you are sleeping 8-10 hours.
