In this quick video, I want to answer a question I received about my Wheatgrass Juice Powder.
Question: How much wheatgrass juice powder do I have to consume to equal 7-10 cups of salad?
It’s difficult to compare these two things because vegetables have fiber, and my Wheatgrass Juice Powder doe not.
About 5g of Wheatgrass Juice Powder equals 4oz of salad. The small scoop that comes with my Lemon Wheatgrass Juice Powder holds 2.5g. To get about the equivalent of 7 cups of vegetables, you would need 3 1/2 scoops of Wheatgrass Juice Powder. If you wanted to hit 10 cups of vegetables, you would need 5 scoops of Wheatgrass Juice Powder.
