Waldorf Salad - Fruit and Nut Salad

THICK YOGURT - 150 ml
MAYONNAISE - 100 ml
BLACK PEPPER - 1/4 TSP
HONEY - 2TBSP
LEMON JUICE - 1 TBSP
SALT - AS PER TASTE
APPLE - 2
GREEN GRAPES
BLACK GRAPES
PERSIMMON
CELERY - 1/2 cup
LETTUCE - 1 cup
WALNUTS - 1OO grams
* YOU CAN USE ANY FRUITS OF YOUR CHOICE ( Pineapple, Berries, Green apple)
*Toast the Walnuts : Heat a pan on low flame , add walnuts and toss it about 2 minutes on low flame. Let it cool down before you add in to the salad.
