Texas made it harder on dirtbags. No more anonymous child abuse reports!

Dirtbags in Texas were, until recently, able to pick up the phone to Child Protective Services (CPS), accuse a parent of child abuse, and hang up. No name, no address, nothing. But no more! Anonymous reporting has been banned.
