In this video, Dr. Berg talks about what key multivitamins and minerals are on a ketogenic diet plan. The first vitamin that is needed is the B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B6, etc.). Minerals are also needed as potassium (4700 mg), magnesium, and sodium - these electrolytes are needed to prevent deficiencies.
You also need D3, omega 3, and even trace minerals to provide you the key nutrients to make this transition from glucose to fat burning efficiently.
