How to do Keto & Intermittent Fasting: https://bit.ly/3dsQ5Nj
In this video, Dr. Eric Berg gives a simple top on how to deal with the problem of grazing or snacking late at night. You maybe hungry or craving or you may not be. Eating or snacking constantly, between meals, or after meals prevents you from doing intermittent fasting.
The tip is to simply shift your 2 meals later in the day, bringing your last meal at 7 or even 8pm at night. This will still give you a 4 hour eating window and 20 hours of fasting. Some people just like eating at night. This way the combination of keto and intermittent fasting can work for you.
