In this video, Dr. Berg talks about hypoglycemic reactions when you have diabetes. If you think about it, hypoglycemic reactions occur when you have too much insulin, not when you have not enough. Wouldn't it make sense to take less and do things to reduce the insulin?

Well, this is not addressed instead the reaction is "managed" and more carbohydrates are recommended to raise this low blood sugar, which keeps the cycle going on and on.
