· RTTY present on 8992 & 11175 kHz for third day in a row.
· Digital signal on 11175 kHz in Europe affected reception of 15:13 message. After tons of research and some helpful input, I believe this signal was of Russian origin; this digital signal has been present on 11175 kHz for a few days now. I originally held back on saying it was of Russian origin because I thought it might be related to the RTTY, but evidence continued to pile on that it is Russian.
· Current evidence suggests this is not a deliberate attempt at jamming the frequency.
