0:00 Introduction: When should you stop eating?
0:24 Insulin resistance and hunger
1:05 Intermittent fasting
1:34 Consequences of overeating
1:50 What to do if you’ve eaten too much?

In this video, we’re going to take a look at when you should stop eating. When people feel full but not satisfied, they often continue eating, sometimes until they’re painfully stuffed. Feeling full without feeling satisfied is a sign of insulin resistance.

When doing keto and intermittent fasting, some people feel they should eat a lot before their fasting period begins so that they don’t get hungry. Overeating or eating until you’re stuffed comes with the following consequences:
•Not hungry at the next meal
•Nauseous/Bloated
•Digestive stress

If you’ve accidentally eaten too much, apple cider vinegar is an excellent solution. Combining betaine hydrochloride with apple cider vinegar acidifies the stomach, significantly speeding up digestion.

Avoid overeating when you can. Aim to eat until the point of feeling full and satisfied, not stuffed.
