Welcome to the stress webinar! I’m excited to share this valuable information with you to help you release stress and sleep restfully.

In this webinar, we’re going to focus on extracting the physical stress that is stuck in your body. Stress is accumulative (physical and mental). I isolated the key areas in the body that tend to be the epicenters of stress, and I developed techniques to get rid of that stress—and you’re going to learn them.

It would be good to have someone watch this with you, so you could both practice these techniques. But, if you’re not watching this with someone, that’s fine, because I’m also going to show you the do-it-yourself version.

Many people start gaining weight after some type of stress event. Or, what about the last time you were sick? It’s likely there was some stress that occurred just before you got sick that lowered your resistance and set you up for getting an infection. It’s time to finally release that stress.

The adrenal glands are the glands that react and adapt to stress. If you’re under a lot of stress for many years, the adrenal glands can wear out and lead to a lot of issues.

The main stress hormone is created by the adrenal glands. It’s called cortisol. Many people have a constant high level of cortisol, and they don’t even know it. Whether or not the cortisol is too high or too low, either situation can lead to different issues.

Symptoms of accumulated stress:
• Busy mind
• Nervousness/anxiety/worry
• You’re fixated on problems 24/7
• Lack of attention/focus/concentration
• Brain fog
• You’re not productive
• Low tolerance to stress
