In this video, we’re going to talk about some of the common side effects people experience when starting keto and intermittent fasting, and what determines if you will experience them or not.
Some people experience side effects like keto fatigue or keto rash, while some people don’t experience any negative side effects at all. So, what causes these side effects?
If your diet consisted of junk food and sugar before starting keto, you are likely low in B vitamins and other minerals. This makes you more likely to experience side effects. Some of these side effects include keto fatigue, blood sugar issues, and mood issues.
If you’re starting keto and intermittent fasting, add B vitamins and minerals to your diet to prevent negative side effects. Nutritional yeast and electrolytes can help!
