CHAOS: The American city of Philadelphia has fallen into chaos after a 27 year old named Eddie Irizarry has passed away at the hands of a cop who fatally took him out at a traffic stop but the verdict by the judge who took care of the case has completely dropped all charges against Mark Dial leading to uproar across the city. But things only get worse from there on..
