In this video, we’re going to take a look at the underlying causes of fibromyalgia that occurs on the right side of the body. Right-sided fibromyalgia is one of the most common variations of the disorder.

The gallbladder is often the culprit behind right-sided fibromyalgia. Pain from an aggravated gallbladder can be referred to the shoulder, neck, and the entire right side of the body through the phrenic nerve.

The gallbladder can be aggravated by the following:
•Frequent eating
•Nuts
•Sugar
•Grains
•Low-fat diets
•Cortisol
•High levels of estrogen

Malic acid is an effective fibromyalgia remedy because it supports the gallbladder. It helps to soften gallstones and increases the diameter of the bile duct. Malic acid is the compound that gives apples their tartness and is found abundantly in apple cider vinegar.

If you have fibromyalgia, keto, intermittent fasting, and apple cider vinegar can help. Purified bile salts and choline can also help support the gallbladder and support the breakdown of fats.
