In this video, we’re going to talk about the 5th body type. But first, let’s take a look at the other 4 body types:
•Adrenal body type
•Thyroid body type
•Ovary body type
•Liver body type

The 5th body type is the pancreas body type and is the result of high insulin and insulin resistance.

People are often confused about how to determine their body type. The body shape of an adrenal body type can look exactly the same as a pancreas body type, but the trigger for weight gain will be different.

If there was a stressful event like a divorce, trauma, or accident that occurred right before you began gaining weight, then you are an adrenal body type. If you were eating frequently, consuming lots of sugar and carbs before the weight gain, then you are likely a pancreas body type. Focus on identifying the event that occurred right before the weight gain.

One body type can also be the result of another body type. Sometimes, the liver body type is triggered by Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD). In this case the liver body type was triggered by insulin resistance, which is the cause of the pancreas body type.

Determine when you developed this body shape and focus on what happened just before that. Determine if your weight gain was caused by one of the following so that you can best identify your body type:
•Stress
•Sugar
•Endocrine disruptors
•Alcohol
•Medication
•Virus
•Pregnancy
•Alcohol
