In this video, we’re going to talk about what’s happening when you’re getting full fast on keto and intermittent fasting, but then starving 2 hours after eating a meal.

If this happens to you, then it’s likely that you have insulin resistance. This means that along with insulin, important nutrients are unable to get inside your cells. When your body has been dependent upon frequent eating for nutrition, it’s difficult to begin tapping into your fat reserve between meals.

To prevent hunger while fasting and adjusting to ketosis, you want to make sure that you’re getting enough nutrients. Make sure you’re consuming plenty of vegetables!

Leafy greens are vital to provide the body with important minerals like potassium and magnesium. Ensure that you are consuming a moderate amount of protein. Apple cider vinegar can also help speed things up.

When you begin intermittent fasting, gradually decrease your frequency of eating to allow your body the time it needs to adjust.
