1:10 How to avoid acrylamide health effects

In this video, we’re going to talk about acrylamide. Acrylamide is a very toxic substance found in certain foods that is considered a carcinogen. Acrylamide can be found in the following foods:
•Pet foods
•French fries
•Potato chips
•Toasted bread
•Cereals
•Cigarettes
•Coffee

Acrylamide is created when you consume a combination of high carbs—glucose or fructose—with the amino acid asparagine under high heat. This combination creates a plastic, toxic acrylamide substance.

It’s impossible to avoid every single toxin, so the best thing you can do is focus on supporting your health. Focus on eating large quantities of vegetables, especially cruciferous vegetables. This can help counter many of the toxins and poisons that you’re exposed to in your food and environment.
