Why I Love Living In Switzerland

The last two weekends my wife and I went camping in Morges, Switzerland on the shores of Lake Geneva. My wife and I were enjoying the view of the Alps and the Mont Blanc across the lake while eating pistachio gelato when the boat from Geneva to Montreux arrived. Even after living here in Switzerland for twenty two years, at times like this I have to pinch myself to make sure that I'm not dreaming. Morges is about 40 minutes from Geneva (where we live) by car.

For the watchmaker fans, Morges is also where Stian of Vintage Watch Services YouTuber fame lives. I met Stian at the EPHJ (Swiss Watchmaking Tools Expo) a month ago and we talked about how much we both love living in Switzerland. We both also happen to have been born in Oslo, Norway. Stian is Norwegian, I was just born there.
